Although Schindler is a strong and well-established brand globally, I believe that its operations in Turkey are being managed very poorly. For a long time, there has been serious dissatisfaction due to a management style that is not people-oriented and includes mobbing toward employees, as well as a noticeable decline in service and product quality. I believe that the management approach in Turkey does not reflect the company’s corporate strength and global reputation. A more fair, respectful, and professional attitude toward both employees and customers is clearly needed. I observe significant problems both in internal processes and in the quality of services delivered in the field. I strongly request that Schindler’s headquarters conduct a thorough review of its Turkey operations, take allegations of pressure and mobbing against employees seriously, and implement concrete actions to improve service quality. I expect a management and service approach in Turkey that truly reflects the strength and values of the Schindler brand.
