Pros
The people at Schibsted (SPT) are highly talented and very inclusive. As the average age is quite young, so there are a lot of social activities happening. The hours are flexible and all normal Norwegian benefits applies
Cons
Upper management and board members are not techy like middle management. They are very fond of reorganizing and does so often. The subsidiaries (FINN, VG etc) are not as technical as SPT.
