Pros
Scheurer wins really important awards on service to customers, cleanliness, and community support. They extend that philosophy to their employees and hold them to a high standard.
Cons
Changes in leadership have been hard. Changes with COVID, electronic health records and shortages in staffing have hurt employees. Leadership is ahead of the curve and react as needed which we have appreciated over the years. The Board of Trustees have been very generous to staff for years.
