Pros

Leadership who is willing to accept feedback and stands by their commitment to transparency. Pay, benefits, and time off are exceptional. The firm even conducts periodically market analysis and will adjust pay (separate from promotion or annual merit increase cycles) based on analysis results. Contributions and hard work are recognized and valued. Plenty of great opportunities for growth, separate from promotions: in-house training and certification boot camps, opportunities to teach peers, wellness groups, annual Firm trips, cross training between service lines, etc.

Cons

There have been a LOT of changes over the last year. I actually like change a great deal, but it has presented some challenges and, at times, significantly increased stress and workload. I think the changes will pay off in the long wrong, but I do sometimes question if more caution could have been taken in decisions around timing of implementation. There is a also a LOT of work. Our time off benefits are fantastic, but it can be very difficult to navigate work life balance during normal work weeks, even outside of the usual busy season.

Pros

Management frequently improves benefits. Management really knows the business well. The company has historically been well insulated from economic downturns. So many opportunities to stand out and make a name for yourself

Cons

Data driven decisions still a work in progress. Long term vision is likely 1 ish year.

Pros

The people. Peers are great to work with and very supportive. Some of the leaders in the teams are as well. Perks were GREAT but have slowly been taken away or the costs went up.

Cons

Where do I begin? Wholesale executive turnover. Technology projects that we're supposed to say are awesome but aren't really that great. They take up more time to figure out than they're worth and we know those are meant to take our jobs. AI, offshore, temp labor. No thanks. It was a place I loved working at but has slowly just become a job that makes me feel like I should be watching for somewhere else to go. Just in case. The culture has changed quite a bit too. It used to feel like a place where we all wanted to work together but that's slowly fading.
