Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are really glad to hear that you are enjoying our benefits package. We are proud of the benefits we offer, and we continue to improve each year with additional offerings, based on feedback from our employees. The company retreat is a great time to network and/or just “reboot”. We hope you were able to enjoy this year’s trip to Mexico or time off if you couldn’t attend! We have grown quickly over the last couple of years, and it has presented some challenges. In the most recent employee survey, we heard similar feedback that employees are looking for more ways to stay up to date and connected. We have created a few focus groups to develop actions plans tied to increasing communication, culture building, and collaboration. These focus groups have been working over the last couple of months to put action plans together that will be shared at an upcoming All Hands Call.
