Salary and total compensation were good. Working level had good culture.

Poor communication from management. Lack of direction and focus.

The company used to be a great place to work with a great atmosphere and great employee relationships. Early finish on a Friday is a pro.

The MD uses bullying tactics to scaremonger employees to get things done, threatening their roles, swearing at them. Has been rude and arrogant to customers. No wonder the business is under performing with the moral the way it is. Every day attending work wondering if you are his next target to get rid of - something needs to be done by the Schaltbau group!
