Pros

Laid back dress code and not super busy.

Cons

Had me do work not related to my job description such as customer service roles like returns. Barely any training about their own equipment to support customers. Typical customer service issues of people not being happy with hands being tied. They've been around for a long time but barely any growth, no long term thoughts when I was there just got it as a stepping stone to move on as soon as possible.

Company environment is chill as long as you get things done.

no pay raises. can't stay long here. max 1 year then move on.
