Masking unrealistic targets with the "high-performance" label. Clear favouritism. Pretending to care about their employees and using their personal circumstances against them to push them out of the company. Clearly the business is making poor financial decisions and pushing out the employees they feel are "weak-links" to cut back and save money. The turnover in the last year alone is a joke and evident of this. Very cliquey company culture. Unless you basically marry the job - you're looked down on. They claim to be different but they're actually worse, Very messy organisation.
