Pros

I've worked at multiple places during my 20+ year career and Scenario Learning is by far the most fun and challenging place I've worked. I really enjoy coming to work every day, because I believe in our products and the difference they're making in schools, colleges and workplaces, and I respect and admire each of my talented colleagues. We work as a team and enjoy each other professionally and personally. I especially love being empowered to lead my department and while there's always a lot to do, it's challenging and rewarding work. I feel very blessed to be here and would highly recommend Scenario Learning to anyone!

Cons

I've been here over six years and honestly can't think of anything negative to say. This is a special place to work.

Pros

Great culture, mission, and leaders. Everyone is genuinely appreciated and valued. Excellent health insurance, fair compensation, and paid time off.

Cons

Only downside of a small business is less room to grow your career. When a company is larger it's much easier to provide career paths and more opportunities to climb the ladder.

Pros

Great environment, friendly, very positive and encouraging, open to creativity. Community is warm and inviting, and the offered benefits and PTO time is excellent. Because it is a younger company and is small enough for lots of people to be involved with its development, there is a lot of room to shape its processes and future, which can be exciting. The culture is very energetic, collaborative and healthy.

Cons

Not great organization or communication regarding career opportunities (not saying there aren't any, it's just not generally made clear or understood); there is also some nepotism and some lack of consistent, organized performance evaluation, especially for individuals who have been working at the company for a long time. However, these are small things that don't really negate any of the positives, and are probably problems found in a lot of other offices.
