Everything else is wack, the whole business is scattered and unorganized, the cost is too high, the staff is untrained and the management doesn’t realize it. This is the owners first foray into being a restaraunteur and he is trying to start an extremely fancy restaurant without any experience or reference. Cultural appropriation seems to be the cornerstone of his business model and he’s trying to sell drinking cups made out of goat scrotum. Wack!
