Great place to work for a day or two, but bad place to stay unless you move fast as management wants you to move without meticulously checking your work. Even if you do that, you get flak for that anyway. It's a loose-loose situation. Further, much of the management that has been there for over 5 years are petty about the dumbest things, such as requiring their own bathroom that other employees dare not enter. Management at this place needs an entire overhaul. This business was more enjoyable when it was Soundex, a high end audio store. Props to re-using the store as much of the interior is still original and therefore a physically welcoming environment. Had the staff and management been better, less petty, more open to finding the best role for what each person can bring to the table, it would be a great place to work.

Petty management, unrealistic short-sighted expectations. Management talks behind your back rather than directly addressing you.
