Its a global organization and gives one an opportunity to gain great exposure, whilst dealing with global organizations, while still based in the country. One has an opportunity to grow their knowledge through interacting and working with the various other sister companies in the group, who offer diverse knowledge and skill sets.
Cons
Training offered are mainly in house, rarely are they external. This causes a limitation in terms of exposure to the new trends that are offered externally. Growth up the career ladder can take a long while, which leads to demoralized staff and eventual staff churn.
