Great company - Account Analyst ScanSource Employee Review

Worked at ScanSource for about a year and a half now. The culture is great for a young person fresh out of college. The average age in RFS is probably 26-27, so going to work is actually fun. I'm not sure how the pay stacks up against other entry level positions in the industry, but I know I make a little more than a friend of mine in his second year in banking. Management also believes in profit sharing with employees, and make large contributions to employees 401(k)s.
