Used to be a great environment to work in with great management. Last 5 years company has changed drastically. People are in management positions that shouldn't be and less and less focus being put on the most important asset they have which is the people that work there. This has led to low morale and higher turnover. Wake up upper management or you will look up very soon and see that your culture that was once a positive differentiator has turned in to a negative differentiator.
