Pros
Great family atmosphere, most managers encourage innovation, great benefits, profit sharing, and it's just plain fun. Experienced management, and a company that really knows how to execute its business plan.
Cons
Career advancement is an issue (management has acknowledged this, and I hope they are working on some changes in this department,) and the money could be better.
