Pros

The only thing is working from home.

Cons

It does not matter how long you are with them and stay loyal to them. They will find a way to let you go. Before I was hired, I read all of the reviews. I chose to ignore them and make my own judgement. I always told my team and co-workers stay positive, it's a good job. I worked 10-13 hours in a day sometimes. It does not matter what you tell your managers or CSC's that you need help. But when the clinic calls to complain of errors or lack of speed. You will be the first to be blamed and let go. . I am forever grateful I got a job offer, 8 hours after being let go of 3 years of loyalty. (oddly from an ex-employee from DataFile) Remember you are always replaceable anywhere you go. This place puts the icing on the cake on that term. They want loyalty but only willing to pay a quarter for that loyalty. By the way they are now Scan Stat now and yes, I was with them during that transition too. You can put a band aid over anything. It doesn't mean it will heal or change. Beware of the false cover up!

Thank you for your years of service to the organization. We have now increased in size and are growing rapidly and yes, communication can be very challenging when a company experiences so many changes in a short period of time. I appreciate your review and will continue to work on organizational communication with managers. Best wishes.
