Pros
This is the best place to work, balance of work culture, relationship with senior Managers/ Directors is awesome, very supportive. Good place to learn many things, for me this company was a base and has moulded me for today what I am. Comfortable timing, flexible working hours etc.
Cons
In terms of salary i guess its a low paid but again it depends on how strong your profile is but its always open for discussion.
