Pros
- The Team - Culture (Great, Relaxed) - Progression (Unlimited, Supported) - Benefits (Social Activities, Profit, Changing Minds) Starting at Scan as a 3XS Build Engineer I have had many opportunities to progress throughout the company, some rejected and some accepted. You're supported throughout the time learning new roles that are created, Some roles taking more responsibility than others, throughout my time there I have seen other teammates progress to roles within 3XS in a matter of a couple of months to a couple of years with an increase in pay. The Team are amazing everyone is willing to help and support everyone where needed, all having the same understanding of the business is nice to see and explained to us monthly by our Director, keeps everyone aligned and onboard. Social events funded by Scan, and never seen a company do as many as they do here! Snowboarding, Go-Karting, Paintballing, Airsoft, Hiking, Escape Rooms, Meals etc. There is much more that I could list, but as an overall my journey with this company has definitely been amazing, I've seen people leave for other opportunities and return within weeks and some return within years, this shows that the company and management are definitely doing something well. I've also seen Scan support current teammates and stand by them in ways I couldn't explain!
Cons
- Nothing Major Like every business there are Cons but I feel like 3XS try there best to find these as quickly as possible to minimalize these as best as possible, They have multiple options for teammates to speak up anonymously or not which is reviewed and fed back in monthly meetings with the team, this gives everyone a chance to get heard and something to get acted on. Lastly with being in the industry the market can go up and down like a roller coaster and trying to adapt to that can cause added pressure and stress to Heads/Team Leaders but at the end of the day there is no growth without pain, and still regularly checked in on.
