Great work conditions for not leading on salary - Senior Consultant Scales Employee Review

Not much contact with employees. They were all based upstairs.

Not able to use the restroom unless someone came downstairs to relieve you.

The only good thing about working here is they're dog friendly. There are breweries nearby where you can go and get a drink.

The company is NOT an advertising agency. TERRIBLE WORK CULTURE. If you want to work for a company that puts a gun to your head regarding billable client time, this is the place to work for. Vacation time is always questioned because they're worried they're going to be so busy. The work is in no way creative if you are a creative. Their client list is mediocre. The company is terribly mismanaged and departments are all corrupt thanks to the senior team. Recruiters, please be cognizant of this place. Everyone else, don't waste your time with applying here.
