Exciting projects. Fun work environment. Flying RC with co-workers is an awesome break from the desk.
Cons
Location in the Mojave desert can be demoralizing. Growing pains with a tremendous staffing increase for the Stratolaunch project. Many projects require security/ITAR involvement.
