On the surface, the company tries to “soften the edges” with small perks like snack boxes, gift packages, and occasional treats sent to employees’ homes. However, these gestures don’t come close to compensating for the deeper issues in the culture.

Scaleops- a company focused on Kubernetes optimization, may appear to be a growing and successful business, but the internal reality is very different. On the surface, the company tries to “soften the edges” with small perks like snack boxes, gift packages, and occasional treats sent to employees’ homes. However, these gestures don’t come close to compensating for the deeper issues in the culture. The work environment is toxic, led by a harsh management team and a CEO who treats employees as if they are his property rather than professionals. Having been very close to the leadership, I can say this mindset isn’t an isolated problem—the entire management operates in a highly aggressive way, showing little respect for employees as human beings. While Scaleops may look like a thriving company from the outside, I strongly recommend keeping your distance. No professional achievement is worth working in such an environment.
