      The culture is top notch that emphasizes a winning, continuous learning, and continuous improvement. It's a great place that allows you to be vulnerable if you need help and take your what you have learned to grow. The product is fantastic and there is nothing like this out in the market. The customers we work with love the product. The GTM team and Senior Leadership are also fantastic.

      typical rapid growth pain you will see in a fast growing startup. you will be pushed to your greatest potential but honestly, I love every minute of it

      Lot's of opportunity to make an impact. Sales team is making money. Engineering team delivers very fast. Customers are happy.

      Cons

      The pace is not for everyone. It's a high transparency environment, your work will show good or bad.

      Pros

      Rocketship startup with unreal earning potential for strong AE's. The culture is that of learning, growing, and winning so it's a great place for talented people to flourish.

      Cons

      Cons are all bout your perspective. I don't see any. It's the best place that I've ever worked, as I feel surrounded by talented and driven teammates. Work/life balance can be an adjustment but easily managed (and balanced by the comp oppty).
