Pros

Supportive team culture: Everyone’s willing to help, and collaboration is encouraged over competition. Flexibility: Great work-life balance and understanding around personal schedules when needed. Leadership is accessible: You can actually talk to the decision-makers, and they’re open to feedback and ideas. No micromanagement: You’re trusted to get the job done, which gives a strong sense of ownership. Training and resources: The company are constantly striving for growth for their employees, providing additional training whenever you feel its necessary.

Cons

Honestly there are very few cons to working at Scale Smart! As with any company that’s scaling, some systems and workflows are still being ironed out, which can lead to occasional confusion or adjustments - but this is natural in a new company and management are always looking for ways to improve. Due to the remote nature of the work place, at times, updates can be delayed due to everyone juggling busy schedules and different timezones. Things can move quickly, so it might feel overwhelming if you’re not used to juggling multiple tasks and managing your time well.

Pros

I genuinely look forward to work every day. The team is supportive, collaborative, and fun to work with, and the customers we engage with are equally fantastic. While remote work can sometimes feel isolating, that's never been the case here. The strong company culture, regular team check-ins, and virtual events create a real sense of connection and belonging. I feel valued, heard, and motivated... it’s truly a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Monday to Friday isn't enough time to hang out with the incredible humans I get to call colleagues.

Pros

One of the standout things about working here is how open and receptive management is to feedback and new ideas. I've rarely had a suggestion turned down without at least being trialled or without good reason, and I’ve consistently been encouraged to focus on the areas I care about. I'm regularly asked what I want to be doing and how management can better support me. It’s clear they genuinely care about our development and input. The team culture is another huge plus, there are truly no weak links. When someone’s having a hard time, the instinct is always to support and problem solve together, not to throw anyone under the bus. It’s a very collaborative and human environment. The flexibility is also exceptional. We can work from anywhere, and if I wanted to relocate or change time zones, I’m confident the company would work with me to make it happen as long as I could still do my job effectively and was open to being flexible in return.

Cons

The only downside is that being remote means we don’t see each other in person very often outside of meetings, It’d be great to have an in-person meetup more often (although I appreciate it's logistically tricky with people all over the world) to strengthen those connections.
