Cons
Honestly there are very few cons to working at Scale Smart! As with any company that’s scaling, some systems and workflows are still being ironed out, which can lead to occasional confusion or adjustments - but this is natural in a new company and management are always looking for ways to improve. Due to the remote nature of the work place, at times, updates can be delayed due to everyone juggling busy schedules and different timezones. Things can move quickly, so it might feel overwhelming if you’re not used to juggling multiple tasks and managing your time well.
