Toxic upper management who has no idea what is actually going on with employees. Gigantic pay gaps between people in the same position, with no reward for loyalty to the company. Leadership has their favorites and if you're not one you will never be treated as well. An office full of stress, a million fire drills a day, and no organized processes for anything leading to countless mistakes that staff are blamed for when there is no system in place to prevent them. An incredibly difficult place to feel successful, even when you're good at what you do, because you're not set up for success.
