CEO LOVES himself and has to be the one making all decisions
There is no strategic direction within company.
Culture in company is very depressing. Everyone I know there is actively interviewing for jobs elsewhere.
Company has Napoleon disease - think they are some huge market mover, they're not. Technology is avg to below avg - and thats being kind.
Partners were revolting coming out of partner conference in Las Vegas
