Pros

The onboarding process was very smooth, which helped me quickly integrate into the team and daily workflows. Regular meetings with my manager and the HR representative were very helpful for staying up-to-date on current tasks and discussing my career growth. My colleagues are always ready to help and share their experience, which makes the work environment very comfortable. Importantly, the goals for my probation period were set out very clearly. This allowed me to focus on the main tasks and successfully show my results. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and can confidently recommend this company as a great place for professional development.

Cons

From the initial challenges, I can point out that the onboarding process had several entry points, and at first, it was difficult for me to understand what was a priority. However, regular 1-on-1 meetings with my manager helped me quickly get my bearings and prioritize everything. It also happened that my buddy was transitioning to another team. But thanks to the team's responsiveness and support, I was able to quickly understand the work processes.

Pros

If you just need a paycheck, it works. Payments arrive on time and hours generally go untracked. The corporate hoodie is actually decent quality.

Cons

For an operation with so little to offer, the level of intrusion is unbelievable. Policies demand constant reports on your every movement and issue regular threats over off-duty professional activities—measures as toothless as they are pointless. The CTO personally holds vacations hostage by inserting himself as the sole approver, only to let requests sit in a permanent void. When people speak up about this rot, HR is enlisted to weaponize "misconduct" labels—though it’s hard to take discipline seriously from managers who spend meetings huskying down meals on camera.
