Fun, competent team challenges me.

Minimal but the workplace is not fully remote.

Excellent crew of people from leadership to management and HR to individual contributors. Everyone is friendly, works hard and generally treat each other with kindness and respect. Management treats employees like adults and empowers them to do their work while respecting them as experts in their respective roles. Hybrid work allows people to work where they're most productive Leadership is very transparent about company goals, progress toward those goals and profit sharing encourages everyone to contribute. Leadership is very open to feedback and consistently looks to improve work life for the employees as well as ways to improve the product.

Pay could be better considering the cost of living, but that's not unique and times are difficult for everyone. The pros of the company make up for a lot of this.
