Pros
It feels like Scalable Capital are really starting something special. The team is really strong and everyone is up to speed working towards common goals. I've never worked with a more motivated group.
Cons
I don't think it would be suited to people who like established processes. The speed things are moving is challenging and the uptake and feedback from the market is really positive so there is no time to stand still.
