Pros
I worked at scalability experts for over 3 years. During my initial year, i had to struggle a bit as the project workload was quite challenging. In the second year, things got better for me. Thanks to some very smart colleagues, i was able to cope with my workload very well. Sometimes the travel can be hectic but i really enjoyed being in front of customers and solving their real-world problems. this is what SE does best for you, it puts you in some challenging opportunities so that you can stretch your skillsets. My third year was the best, i got a promotion and was elected the best employee. My experience when I joined and when I left the company was excellent. I had to go through exit interview where I was able to give constructive feedback. I got all my relieving letters and documents. All in all it was a great experience and very professionally handled. If I get a chance, I would come back to SE but unfortunately I had to relocate out of Mumbai. The SE team in Mumbai is the best, my kudos to them for kipping up in a very aggressive talent acquisition environment.
Cons
there is no middle management, so you can feel you are on your own some times. if you are self starter then this could be a plus but some folks can struggle as their isn't proper guidance all the time.
