Pros

You get to learn how to work with dishonest leadership. The owners are as incompetent as they are misleading.

Cons

The experience of working with Sayollo was the worst experience of my professional career so far. This is a startup that moves with the speed of a stoned elephant. Simple approvals take weeks. One day they stopped paying their employees. Didn't fire them, just stopped paying. So eventually everyone had to quit with thousands of dollars owed to them. This is a place that cheats its employees, steer clear at all costs. All of the good reviews on this page have to be fake. Guaranteed they were written by the founders. There was never a sales manager in Texas, fake. Look at the "Marketing Managers" from San Francisco. The reviews don't even make sense. The founders can't even fake reviews well.

Pros

absolutely none, I never thought founders would stoop as low to posting fake reviews from roles that did not even exist to counter the negative ones from real contractors and employees.

Cons

They do not pay employees on time or at all. When confronted, the 2 founders Jonathan and Eitan used every excuse you can imagine. They told me they already wired me the money but wouldn't give any proof or paystub to verify. They then told me it was probably my bank that was causing this issue and to follow up with my bank. This happened to ALL of the US-based contractors and we all resigned because of it. Every person got a different reason or justification for payment being delayed or not happening at all. So disgusting and unethical. I know a few members of the Isreal-based team are looking to sue them for wage violations, so that should tell you all you need to know.
