not enough development opportunities for translators

I've worked at this company just after it was founded. It was my second experience as a project manager for the translation of medical authorization documents. We had mutual trust with the founders who really encouraged my work morally and financially. And this gave me the opportunity to develop my skills both in terms of translation and team management. Since the time I had to quit my job, the company realized a steady growth, becoming one of the biggest companies of Turkey in translation, localization and consulting services. It feels great to be among the team members who started this.

Can't remember any cons, but my job title needed full-time presence at the office, and I couldn't continue that due to changes in my lifestyle (becoming a mom).
