Salary, most people who work there. Caring management who is more than willing to work with you and train you in each area of the business. After reading the other two reviews I need to also add the the general manager is a very caring person to all staff and customers, she is very knowledgeable in all areas of the business and is more than willing to work with you to teach you how to be better in your position. I am very sorry to have ended my employment with this business and just know it's not always greener on the other side of the fence

HR, a few rotten egg employees, employees not having consistent schedules

Friendly, Family-like environment amongst staff, Beautiful area to enjoy on break or off hours, some level of autonomy with proven sales, good teamwork, diverse staff, great for hob-knobbers

Low Pay, Stonewalling from management, Will hire anyone and provide little training, No HR personnel whatsoever, lack of job security, raises are insulting. Management is divisive, overbearing, and have unrealistic expectations especially in offering support. They know how to put on a good face and [sometimes] say the right things, but in truth you are a slave to them and you will be exploited for all you are worth, squeezed dry to fill pockets, not yours.
