Pros

Platform and material is the best I've seen.

Cons

As the title says. They have to be the most difficult people to get in touch with. When you do, you get one worded completely unhelpful answers. If you have problems expect to be fined even when you send in proof. Rate of pay and bonuses change and get taken away as and when they feel like it.

Unfortunately we are not able to stop hiring at the current stage, as online teachers are independent contractors and there is a high dynamic tendency for our online English classes. However, your feedback is noted and we will continue to improve our class allocation algorithm and support our IC teachers. We sincerely appreciate your input!

Pros

1) most of the students were very interested in learning 2) parents were very involved in supporting their children to be successful in their lessons 3) parents read the feedback I wrote on their child's progress and were open to suggestions I made to enhance their child's learning 4) The curriculum was from National Geographic and was very interesting for the students and myself 5) It was easy for me to do scaffolding from the lessons to enhance what the students were learning 6) I was able to use my creativity to make the classes more fun for the students 7) The students were generally very smart and well mannered 8) The SAYABC management showed appreciation for the extra effort I made to help the students

Cons

1) because of time zone differences and language barriers it was sometimes hard to get timely support for technical issues and and student behavioral issues (as an example I had a student who once came to class without pants or underwear) 2) because of the time zone differences I sometimes got important emails from the Management at times during my regular sleeping hours.
