      Salary is not competitive for the work they want you to do Poor leadership Poor communication about big decisions CEO's first time running a company, very difficult to work with her Mandatory in-office meetings at 8 AM every Monday that are never productive

      Pros

      Unlike many other digital health companies I have worked with, Savonix stands out because of the mission and the quality of people working as a team to make it a reality. (1) Plenty of career development opportunities for those who are willing to put 100% of themselves, and not just do the minimum required (2) Real Fortune 50 companies as clients and thus ability to impact on a large scale (3) Supportive Board of Directors (4) Experienced leadership team, passionate CEO that goes an extra mile to achieve the goals and deeply cares about her company

      Cons

      Global presence in different time zones generates a lot of momentum. It does take an extra effort to coordinate and execute in multiple markets.
