Hard work, ownership, and consistent performance are not always recognized. Employees who rarely take leave and consistently deliver results deserve better appreciation and compensation.

It’s a family-run business, not an agency setup. Once selected, you become part of their extended family. There is no termination policy, salaries are credited on time, and they offer competitive increments.

It’s little bit of challenging to convince them to adopt new styles and technologies, as the brand continues to rely on a few custom template styles. This is an area that could be improved.
