Pros
SaviBank is growing rather quickly, opening all kinds of new opportunities. I was really impressed by the way everyone pulled together during the Pandemic to implement new procedures and service customers. Upper management genuinely cares about the employees and serving the community. As with any growing business, there are a few employees with bad attitudes, but the overall vibe is one of support and appreciation and family. I’m excited about the direction SaviBank is headed and grateful I can be a part of it.
Cons
Because they are growing so quickly, processes can be different from department to department. It can be a con to some people. It can also be an opportunity to show one’s strengths. I suppose it’s how you look at things.
