      Pros

      The people are great to work with and genuinely care about cultivating positive experiences for the interns. I've had the opportunity to interact closely with VPs and SVPs and have learned a lot from each of them. No copies and coffee -- I'm doing real work!

      Cons

      Limited marketing department, but I believe Savi is in the process of hiring a new CMO so hopefully that will turn around soon!

      Pros

      Great people work there. Pace is reasonable, but at the same time work needs to get done. Good atmosphere. Reasonable WLB.

      Cons

      Direction from upper management was at times ambiguous. This could be due to major transitions in that area happening while I was there (2011). They have since totally moved on.
