Work is very boring and drags on through every shift. The managers are not nice people and they go out of their way to remind you that you are replaceable. They fire people for asking to have a week off or a few days off to go see family or say goodbye to a family member who is leaving for the military. "How I see it is we don't need you." A manager said this to an employee for the reasons above.
