Pros

Schedule - You do for the most part work a consistent schedule

Cons

Pay - Bottom of the barrel Pay. For the amount of work expected the pay does not match. Expect around Minimum wage. Low raises Work Load - It's a slave driving business. They are always pushing for numbers with goals that are required to meet, regardless of the Circumstances. Really high expectations that are always rising Environment - The Production room is a dark and dirty environment. You work with dirty and dusty donations every day and get sick often from it. The back room is really hot in the summer and cold in the winter Loyalty - They have none. You can be the employee of the year but if for any reason, you cannot reach their ever increasing expectations, they look for reasons to fire you or drive you to quit. Politics - Terrible. My direct manager would sleep with staff members, heavy favoritism, and the back room had politics. If they didn't like you for whatever reason you were going to have a hard time there. I have seen employees doing 3x the work of other employees but they were not paid and treated properly over lazy ones due to favoritism. Training: There was none by management. New people are taught by other employees and sometimes those employees spoke limited English. Morale - The back room morale when I was there was horrendous. It felt like going to a funeral.
