Pros
I have worked for several companies in the past and not have invested as much as this one. They provide a good working environment and are very passionate about driving their staff and progressing those who want to.
Cons
I understand the work can be intense and very hands on, but this provide all the tools you will need to be able to do your job. The only negative i can say is to date the pay could be higher for the work we do.
