Pros
-No need for a gym membership, as you're lifting, pushing, moving things all day. -Decent amount of down-time during the shift, particularly in winter, but always some side task to do if you're easily bored. -Generally good staff and managers throughout the store (as of late 2020) -No big brain needed. Seriously, a monkey could do the job, assuming a monkey can follow instructions. -You will become very good at Tetris by stacking donations on the carts.
Cons
-Minimum wage. -The drive thru gets very hot in the summer. -The drive thru gets very cold in the winter. -Can cause wear and tear on your body if you're not careful of how you lift, etc. -Upper management (corporate) decision making can at most times be considered questionable at best.
