Production Team - Production Team Member Savers Employee Review

Work environment is VERY cold in the winter, often falling to ten degrees celcius or less. Management does not fix the situation. I get moved from position to position because I am cross trained, but I dislike this. I used to get paid a wage that reflected my cross training. I am now making minimum wage since the minimum wage was increased.
