      - some employees are kind and helpful. - Some management stuff are helpful

      Cons

      - you are over worked. - randomly cutting work hours even as you are on shift. - some members of Upper management (at some stores) foster a culture of elitism, favoritism, and disrespect dismissing staff contributions, engaging in harmful gossip, and demanding undue deference rather than earning it through leadership
