Chaotic and harmful management behavior: promoting managers’ friends at the expense of good employees, constant lack of money, waves of layoffs every few months, and complete lack of transparency toward employees. Very low salary, and they make it feel like they’re doing you a favor by paying it at all.

Hard to find. It's a good place to work at when the tech market is bad, and you don't have many options.

Low salary. Long hours. Exploitative people.
