Pros

Ability to work remotely. Exposure to professionals with diverse backgrounds from all over the world.

Cons

100% remote work can be challenging. A lot of turnover means fast promotion for people simply because they're in place, rather than qualified for the role.

Pros

This was an excellent organization to assist in the initial start up and launching of the STEM water education program that Frank Ramos (founder and director) believes is so vital for the future of our sustainable water.

Cons

There is only one downside of working with an organization such as Save the Water. You become obsessed with know that a difference can be made...But there is only 24 hours in a day and not enough other "liked" minded individuals out there to assist. In other words...there is no downside of working with Save the Water.
