Beautiful islands & large family groups Phenomenal chimp care that is focused around just letting them be chimps Very easy to talk to the vet staff Will hire entry level

Obvious preferential treatment that benefits some employees and hurts others Constantly short staffed, so staff morale is low and people are constantly burnt out Constant gossiping, people frequently being passive aggressive and unprofessional Management has bullied some staff members out Management consistently does nothing about the toxic work environment, even when issues are brought to their attention Not paid nearly enough to deal with all the bull that comes with this job Relatively high turnover rate, people only typically stay at this job for 1-3 years Management keeps adding responsibilities to staff but doesn't hire more staff or extend to 10 hour days, so there is constantly more things to do and not enough time or people to do it all but there is the expectation that it all gets done Training is not a priority and no one has time for it anyway Communication at all levels is garbage and dysfunctional
