Pros
If you are deseperate to get a job and dont care whether the job is Tech support or chat cupport then this the place . They will train you and push in to the Job with out taking single penny.
Cons
Its not a good place to join if you want growth in other IT streams apart from Tech support or chat support. Once your onboard with the client from there it very tough to get back and they ask to move to client within 2 days and don't care our concerns .You don't get any leaves or holidays in the project . i didn't get single when i am working with them for 9 months.
