DO NOT WORK HERE - Inside Sales Representative Savantis Employee Review

-High turnover from the top down. -They promise promotions & raises then jerk you around (I'm not the only one they did this to) only to fire you for no legit reason. They will, however, promote & give fat raises to the higher ups during the time they jerk you around. -Filed a complaint with HR due to being bullied by another Savantis employee & was fired less than a week later. -Several months of unpaid commissions so they want you to work for free. Base salary is also below industry average. -I have to sue to get my unpaid commissions.
