Pros
They hired me quickly after only a phone screen. HR was helpful and responsive. The team I worked with was great, and we all really bonded, but other than that there is no corporate culture or identity.
Cons
Everything you hear about management being hands off and throwing companies to the wolves is 100% accurate. Luckily I was able to recognize the disaster this company is and left for a much better opportunity. I've worked at a number of contracting firms around the DC area and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Management is incompetent, disinterested, and completey uninvolved. There are so many better contracting firms that actually care about their employees with onsite management that will support you.
