Pros
The company has a great culture and the people are outstanding to work with. A lot of fun projects and a well respected company in the Denver area.
Cons
Laid off about 50% of their work force at the first sign of a recession. If you are looking for job security this is not the place for you. Pay is below average compared to the rest of the Colorado industry. Career growth is a game of favorites, if you want to move up you have to play politics.
